A lovely, friendly class, supporting young girls to stay flexible, confident and calm.
A weekly practice group for adults, friendly and relaxed. We come together to chat about and practice mindfulness over a cup of herbal tea – provided. Full guidance and support given. Supporting you to live more mindfully, managing negative thoughts and worries.
£8 to try a class then £32 for a block of 4.

Conscious Parenting with Denise
Wednesdays 7:30-9.00 pm *6 week course*
This course is aimed at those wishing to raise their self-awareness in order to be the best parent possible. Your child is your most powerful teacher, and most powerful reflection. Children are hard wired to get their own needs met, and they will push all of your buttons until they get what they need or until you crack, whatever comes first. The more you know yourself, your positives and your less favourable aspects, your triggers, learn to recognise and meet your own needs, the happier, healthier, joyful, content and peaceful your life will be, which has a direct impact on those around you, and none more so than your child.
